Practicing mindfulness empowers you to transcend the errors of belief communicated subjectively through past experiences. In this way you feel your Inner strength as you transform and align with your true “Self” from a frame of reference within your center of power or internal locus of control.  Managing your time and people becomes a practice where you proactively place principles before precedent, scheduling your day around doing the right thing at the right time for the right reason.  Principles and values are the “Why” in all you do.
